how to add did group to the new user (signup)

hi

i want when my customer signup in the a2billing page user can add did . in the default when new user signup admin must edit in control panel and manual edit and add DIDGROUP to the user

how can set automatic set DIDGROUP for new signup user

It's too late to add features to 1.3, so please don't change this enhancement request back to branches/1.3 again.
