Timezone could not be stored

Description

Some timezones could not be stored on the customer card.

e.g.: GMT +01:00, you can choose and store "GMT +01:00" but the next time when you are editing the customer it shows "GMT -12:00"

other timezones like "GMT -04:00" could be stored

I just tested this and it does work for me! Can you give us more info how to reproduce this!?

If you set in global config the server_GMT to GMT+01:00, then you will get this problem, leaving it to GMT+12:00 cause no problem

We couldn't reproduce this issue. reopen if this still happening.
