Edit Friend
The defaults for creating a new SIP or IAX friend are contained in /etc/asterisk/a2billing.conf 1-3-a2billing.conf?
The relationship is usually 1 to 1 with one card and one SIP or IAX friend. If more SIP or IAX friends are to be created against one card, then read on.
The entries are exactly the same as for any sip.conf entry in Asterisk, so for more information see: -

http://voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+config+iax.conf
Additionally, to get an overview of how Asterisk works, and how it should be configured, it is recommended that you read Asterisk: The Future of Telephony (2d ed.)at:-

It is free of charge, so no excuses.
tip: In order to get more than one SIP or IAX friend configured to be charged against one customer, alter the account code to match the card number in 1-3-ListCustomers
Each individual entry is not listed here because the exact syntax may change depending on what Asterisk version you may be using, and you should therefore refer to the documentation pertaining to your own version of Asterisk.
When cards are updated, the red bar must be pressed to recreate the sip or iax files, and asterisk reloaded to commit the changes.
