List and Create Speed Dials

Speed dials allow a customer to have up to 10 speed dials numbered from 0 to 9.

When prompted for a telephone number on the IVR, they can enter their speed dial.

This can be useful for call through services, especially from mobiles, where typically, people tend to use the address book.

Under List Speed dials, they can be edited or deleted, and attached to a particular customer.

Speed dials can be added to the system via the Create Speed dial page, or they can be added by the customer on their own 1-3-CustomerInterface?.
